|Recommended: NoLongtime Renter — There has been construction on the front entrance for 3 years and still not finished. Very nice office support staff but issues with a more recent manager and received poor customer service

We are sorry to hear you have had an issue with our Property Manager. She has been with our company for many years and is very customer friendly. If you are having a problem, reach out to her directly by phone as there must have been a miscommunication. Our team is here to ensure that all of our residents are happy and comfortable in their apartment homes. In addition, I can feel your frustration with the road construction on Atlanta highway. I guess that is the downside to living in such a great location. We are crossing our fingers that it is completed soon as well. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have concerns or issues so we can promptly take care of them for you.

|Recommended: Yes1st year review — My time at Westpark has been okay so far. I don’t understand why rent would be increasing when no improvements have been made to my apartment. It took months for the non-functioning fridge to be replaced and I keep having random electrical issues. Love the maintenance team though, they are great

|Recommended: YesAlmost 4 Years at Westpark — While I have enjoyed my time at Westpark, it is frustrating that the rent for an un-renovated 1bedroom apartment continues to go up every year, but the quality doesn’t. The painted tile in shower is chipping, there’s no microwave, the appliances are outdated, and the painted counter tops chip. The apartment above me has leaked twice, and even after having my ceiling “fixed”, there is still a huge watermark.

The environment both outside and inside is beautiful and everything is well cared for. The staff here is the best The leasing office staff, the maintenance staff and the landscaping crew all do a wonderful job We couldn't ask for better. We just signed our lease for another year here.
